You may be done with your old watch, but chances are it still has more to give. If it’s in good shape, we’ll help it go to a new owner. If not, we’ll send it to our recycling partner, so we can save more materials and take less from the earth.
JUST SEND IT IN
Trading in your old watch is as easy as buying a new one. Just email us a picture of the watch with a proof of the current date and wait for an acceptance approval from us by email. If approved: we’ll give you instant credit toward the purchase of a new Fromanteel watch plus a trade-in label to send your device to our recyclers. Book an appointment or just spontanously drop by our store.

WHAT IS THE FROMANTEEL TRADE IN?
It’s our trade-in and recycling program that’s good for you and the planet. If your trade-in watch is eligible for credit, you can offset the purchase price of a new Fromanteel watch. If it’s not eligible for credit, you can recycle it for free.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just answer a few questions while in the Fromanteel Store regarding the brand, model, and condition of your watch. We’ll provide either an estimated trade-in value or a simple way to recycle it.
If you accept the trade-in estimate in the store, we’ll give you instant credit toward a purchase.
CAN I ALSO GET A CASH REFUND AS A TRADE IN?
No, Fromanteel doesn't offer cash refunds for trade-ins, only a credit that you can offset the purchase price of a new Fromanteel watch.
WHAT KIND OF BRANDS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TRADE-IN?
You can trade in any third-party watch. Many third-party brands are eligible for a trade-in or recycle. Either way, hand us your old watches devices and we will handle them responsibly.
HOW MUCH CREDIT CAN I OBTAIN?
After careful inspection by our staff of your old watch, credits can get up to €240 towards your purchase of a new Fromanteel watch.
CAN I USE MY CREDIT TO BUY A PRE-ORDER WATCH?
No, Fromanteel offers competitives prices on its pre-order special edition watches. These prices can't be offset by a trade-in credit.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A PROOF OF PURCHASE?
No, there is no proof of purchase required to trade in a device with Fromanteel Trade In.
