Before sending it, check if the issue is covered by our warranty and that the warranty period hasn't ended.

WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY
Warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship but not damage from accidents, misuse, or wear and tear. If your watch is covered by warranty and warranty is applicable, repairs are free.
